Small Block Ford Header FlangeHeader Flanges

Most of our header flanges are cut from 8mm thick Mild or Stainless Steel & are a great starting point for your home built headers. Some are slightly thicker where there are large gaps between fixing holes.

Our standard range of flanges are matched to manufacturer’s standard ports but if you run aftermarket heads or have done major porting work or require round holes to match your primary tubes, then we can provide flanges to match your ports at no extra cost. Contact us with your requirements.

A set of flanges are usually £35 in Mild Steel or £65 in stainless + £7.50 postage. Prices vary where thicker plate is used or fewer/smaller flanges are required (Such as the V6).

What it says on the tin...use them to connect your headers to your system, to bolt your silencers in or to make a take off to run open headers (at the track obviously, not on the street. But you wouldn't run open headers on the street anyway, would you?).

Cut from 5mm mild or stainless steel (thicker to special order) & available as jointing flange or blanking plate.
